Please note that while we try to deliver as much as possible together, items may sometimes be delivered by different carriers.

Delivery Areas
We deliver worldwide but because we are physically based in the UK we are able to offer FREE delivery to all UK orders above £80. Standard UK delivery for orders bellow £80 starts from 33p depending on the size of the order.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund your money or exchange any item without question. We only ask that you return the item to us unused and in its original condition, within seven days of receiving your order. When mailing your return please obtain a proof of postage certificate which is available free of charge from any Post Office. Please note we cannot pay for any postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and all the major credit cards except American Express. We also accept debit cards including Switch, Solo and Electron. You can also pay by cheque, just make sure you choose the correct payment method at the checkout.

2. Write your order number on the back of the cheque.

Please note that if we do not receive payment within 2 weeks we will cancel the order. Orders are only dispatched once the payment has been received. After dispatch orders usually takes 2-4 days to arrive inshaAllah.
